My work

Among the more than fifty clients I have had the pleasure of working with on one or more projects, here are those with whom I have had the privilege of collaborating on a long-term basis.

Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Alsace

For the CCI Alsace, I coordinated the social media communication of an annual event, for many years, including paid campaigns to increase its visibility to the target audience. I also created workshops around social media management and animated conferences on online reputation management for e-commerce and HoReCa professionals.

For the dutch online store selling radiator covers, I helped define and implement a digital strategy to promote its products and raise brand awareness to new customers in french-speaking markets. It included the creation of a content strategy that leveraged the user-generated content, as well as paid campaigns that leveraged the retention potential of the e-commerce site.

City of Sélestat

The city commissioned me to find out how to better leverage social media communications for the Tanzmatten hall. My main task was to audit the existing editorial strategy and its results, then guide the team in charge of communication in developing a new impactful digital strategy.

For the sportswear brand founded in 1984, using a unique patented thermoregulatory textile, a significant part of my collaboration centered on the need to organize the day-to-day production and publication of content, further develop the existing strategy to build a consistent online presence, and increase customer engagement with the brand.

ECAM Strasbourg-Europe

I assisted the ECAM Strasbourg-Europe since the launch of the engineering school, on the integration of the various key issues and challenges, with its multiple audiences (students, parents, businesses), in the heart of its communication and marketing strategy. From editorial to the training of the marketing department to developing a school ambassador program on social media.

Les Restaurants Alsaciens

For one of the largest French restaurant groups in Strasbourg, I worked on a digital marketing strategy operating on several of its establishments at the time (Le Dix, le Bistrot des Copains, Café bar de l’Odyssée). I also supervised the content production and social media management of these establishments.

Ratio du Chef

For the young startup enabling restaurant managers to control their prices and margins with its integrated B2B suite, I initially produced several training courses to allow their team to quickly scale up conversions and online sales before proposing a series of optimizations for growing past a given MRR.

Wine Pocket

For the young startup offering a new experience in wine tasting and connecting with wine producers, I coordinated the digital content strategy and managed the cross-channel content marketing. I was in charge of the entire editorial process, from copywriting to SEO to social media management.

Human Excellence

For the specialist of coaching in personal development and intercultural management, I proposed a “cross-channel” content strategy to build a large audience and get qualified leads. I also helped redesign the digital communication, which included a multilingual website and a bilingual French-German newsletter, through the definition of a strategy focusing on social media and videos.

Life Alister

In collaboration with the PR agency Sous le Signe du Capricorne, commissioned by the Regional Council of Grand-Est, I helped create inbound content and organize a digital campaign raising awareness for a European environmental issue.

Alain Goetzmann

For the entrepreneur and leading expert, I helped implement an e-commerce website and the product pages for a series of self-help books called Perform’up. I also worked on the lead generation strategy and email campaigns of a second project, the Ermitage du Rebberg.

Digital agencies

I was lucky to collaborate with various digital agencies such as MKH, Thuria, Studio Meta, Fantom, Actinium, OMKG to share my expertise, mainly but not only in social media marketing. For some, I handled the sales and operations of the digital marketing services that they delegated to me. For others, I helped build and manage their online reputation.

Education & training organizations

For various education and training centers such as the Popular University of Colmar, IMCI, BP2M, Panorama School, I was charged with the development and animation of a series of training programs to meet the expectations of professionals, specialists as well as beginners in digital marketing, and support their efforts to increase their skills.

I like to pass on my experience and knowledge to a young audience. To this end, I taught various topics related to digital marketing in higher education. I gave lectures between 2013 and 2018 at the University of Strasbourg, the Robert Schuman University Institute of Technology, the EM Strasbourg Business School, the University of Upper-Alsace, the ISEG Strasbourg Marketing School, and the Haguenau University Institute of Technology, for a total of about 350 teaching hours.

In parallel with my business, I initiated or participated in not-for-profit & volunteer projects.

Mulhouse, Terre des Nouveaux Possibles

Organized in 2011 under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s supervision, the festival “Mulhouse, Terre des Nouveaux Possibles” gathered the local entrepreneurial scene with a public of digital creators, makers, and artists around an optimistic vision for innovation.

Founded by a collective of digital professionals in Strasbourg, France, Noobi was more than a media, one of the first attempts to connect and enrich a paper magazine with an online edition in 2012 through QR codes.

Optiday was an annual conference on digital marketing (SMM, SEM, Inbound Marketing) organized by the former association Alsaseo in 2014 and 2015 and proposed a series of quality talks by industry-leading experts.

Quai n°10

The association Quai n°10 opened in 2015 a coworking space where a public of independent professionals, self-employed workers, and indie entrepreneurs can meet and organize informal events in the heart of Strasbourg.

Web In Elsass

Launched in 2010 and currently inactive, the main goal of Web In Elsass was to share the latest news about the web in Alsace and highlight the local actors contributing to the economic growth of the digital industry.

Alongside my professional experience and projects, I carried out some work intended to bring a new light on the job of digital campaigners. Inspired by a professional experience during the 2014 European Parliament election, a first research work, yet to be published, focused on the impact of online troll farms, click farms, and astroturfing on the mobilization of online crowds.

I gave conferences on e-reputation and social media management on some occasions, at the University of Strasbourg and at the Robert Schuman University Institute of Technology.
